• Receipt Required-returns valid for 14 days after date of purchase
• Must be in original packaging
• New Condition with original tag for 100% reimbursement
• 25% restocking fee for items not in original packaging

Exchanges or Store Credit

• Exchange or store credit valid after 14 days
• Items with no proof of purchase and clearance/sale items are non returnable
• Prices subject to change. 

Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. Hay, straw and JHF-meats are non returnable. 

Customer responsible for inspecting hay/feed/grain before feeding. Returns subject to 15% restock/surcharge/labor fee.
