FEEDING GUIDE

 Type of Horse / Workload Amount Fed Per Day Example
For Horses and Ponies in Light Work 400g of Maestro per 100kg of bodyweight. A 500kg horse would be fed 2kg of Maestro per day.
For Horses and Ponies in Medium Work 500g of Maestro per 100kg of bodyweight.

A 500kg horse would be fed

2.5kg of Maestro™ per day

(Just over 1.5 Stubbs scoops)

For Horses and Ponies in Hard Work 600-800g of Maestro per 100kg of bodyweight.

A 500kg horse would be fed

3kg-4kg of Maestro™ per day

(Just over 1.5-2.5 Stubbs scoops)

Any dietary changes should be made gradually over a minimum of 7 days. Always provide fresh, clean water. Combine with forage/fibre totalling 1.5%-2% of the horses bodyweight daily. Feeding rates above are a guide only.
